+ 4 Limiting Carbs, lost 10 pounds 14 days

I started a little diet, no more then 1660 calories a day and less then 150 grams of barbs. went from 210 to 201.3 in less then 14 days. My stomach and back fat are finally going away and I am becoming a lot more vascular even with taking Test C, the bloat king. bangin .20 Arimidex E3D to keep bloat to a minimum. So far so good. Loving the no carbs after 4pm trick. I love to eat so I been eating nothing but Talapia and Chicken breast mixed with solid greens with the occasional Fruit loops when my blood sugar starts to tank! So in 10 months time I lost 40 pounds and it's time to start cutting after I drop to 180. By this time next year I believe I will be exactly where i want to be as far as muscle and strength.

No clen for me; just old fashioned watch what I eat and maintain a low carb/calorie diet with very little fat. I need to lose another 30 pounds and then I will start the true bulk up.
Zed98Looking good man keep it up!! Just my opinion but ignore the scale for now because as you get your diet in check and your lifting also you're going to be trading muscle for fat so get yourself BF caliper that way you can see your body fat percentages drop instead of trying to gauge it by how much you weigh.
Yeah I am doing pretty much the same thing with clen 1wk on/off and no carbs after noon ED.. fat is just melting off and muscles are starting to pop... my main source of protein is 99% fat free turkey but I am not even counting calories.. its working like a charm.. I have had trouble cutting my entire life..
The hardest thing is diet as I am finding out Everything else is pretty straightforward
