For the first time i've lost 60 pounds already, I’m very proud of myself and my process, I know a lot of people will talk about how fat I was and I’m still overweight. There is no problem with that, I will continue on my way. I didn’t use more serious steroids, I only used Tesosterone at a dose of TRT (i have very low normally) and I used HGH 3iu daily to improve my well-being and burn fat while maintaining my health. Diet was tough and will even be tough for a few months. I hope I gave a little motivation to fat people, you see that you don’t need 5-6 types of steroids to lose weight, just pay attention to diet and exercise + cardio or maybe add a minimal amount of safe AAS within a safe, healthy range. Thanks!!

Congrats on the weight loss! Keep it up and you’ll be right where you want to be in a few months.
Molinin302+1 buddy, keep going. That stuff made you hairer too lol
Edit- I'm respecting your efforts, but after looking again, why are your forearms and hands so full of blood? I mean, discolored my bro. I may have to retract that +1, but give it back if you see a Dr. Yeah, I think you need to see a Dr. Will you do that? Perhaps the GH and weight loss is playing with your blood sugar levels? We preach health here my guy, you're on track but do the right thing.
Molin, if he is anything like me, he might have a job that gives that farmers tan look. I personally sport the redneck hillbilly tan year round but hardcore during construction season.
Molinin302I hope I'm wrong, doesn't look like that to me
Yep. Same here
Getting there bro
150 to 200mg is on the high end for TRT purposes, did you get bloodwork to see what your levels looked like at all? Congrats on dropping the LBS but you didnt need steroids for that unless you already had low T and you wanted to feel good again.
GabrielOneI use TRT because 150mg of test weekly gives me overall more TEST then i have normally. so i need TRT! not for my progress, just for my well being. Thanks brother!!
So congrats on dropping a few #s
Ashop for me has been an amazing source. I really love them.
So, while I understand the diet has been some suffering, I suffered in the past and that was only because of lack of knowledge and fear of not losing weight.
You should not be suffering or your diet unless it's a few weeks before you hit the stage, the octagon, the race track etc. Now we have determined you are working hard to become healthy, that should be your goal.
So suffering shouldn't be your day to day. You can eat what you want most likely as long as it is not tons of garbage processed sugar or large amounts of bleached flours like in pizza. If you hit goals you can get rewards. You can have a dark beer, enjoy pizza, or ice cream.
So check out my profile, look at my post in the what's for dinner forum most recently I posted what I ate the other day. I am a chef and keep it changing daily but you can see my staples for eating and staying full, basically from that post.
Diet is by far the most important thing, then moderate cardio and working out. If you are suffering on diet then it's not a sustainable diet and you will rebound all the weight of not more over time. You need something you can do everyday that you like. It's delicious and filling most importantly. You must fill up to get full to feel satisfied and then you are not suffering.
Fill up on vegetables, bone broth, protein. Get the diet to where you still lose weight consistently week over week, but are not suffering but you are doing great.
Push the high quality vitamins, whole foods, and then think about gear.
Sure things like clen, t3, GW, and to a lesser point hgh burn fat. But when you are fat you don't need gear. It should kept off just from lifestyle changes and it will.
Also check out coach Gregg Doucette on YouTube for more motivation and diets tips.
Good reply bro.
GabrielOneThanks for the nice words bro, true motivation!!!
Op has bloods posted too so let's not be too harsh on him as it's showing he wants to do it the right way. +2
GabrielOneI dont know you yet, but thanks alot! Alot of great guys here! I still need to loose alot weight.. it hard:) but im motivated.
Decent progress, what's your trt dose?
GabrielOneThanks bro! started with 150 but i lift it to 200mg/week.
Your test numbers still seem fairly low on this dose. Have you tried other types of testosterone?? 130-140mg of test cyp puts me well over the max range.
Mike is that you bro ?
Molinin302Lol
GabrielOne?
Well done on the weight loss. No steroids are needed what so ever for weight loss. Probably get moaned at but that's my opinion, all about diet and will power. Well done.
GabrielOneThanks, tottaly agree, i use TRT dosage test because my normal test levels are way under normal.. and GH to help fatloss and support normal health and well being.
Double post.
