+ 2 HGH (SP tropin) & Sustandrol (Balkan) Bloods
Currently on HGH (SP TROPIN) I took 4iu on Sunday, 3iu on monday, then took tuesday off (24 hours), then took a 4iu shot into shoulder in the morning and had bloods pulled 2 hours later, my baseline was igf-1 of 227 ng/ML [high] (ref range for my age is 67 to 205) and the bloodwork after the 4iu shot of GH came back 422 igf-1, so not bad.
After 8 weeks on BP Sustandrol decided to get my bloods checked. I'm self prescribed due to my doctors in my country, but found UG Test alot cheaper. i was feeling like my nipples were puffy lately so i was worried about my estrogen levels.
the lab results came back and they said everythings in the normal range.
I've been taken 150mg 1 shot per week, bloods were taken the day before next shot was due.
Im feeling,sleeping great.

I know everbody is different, but you could probably tune in your TRT a bit. If you feel good thats great, but you can experiment with types and pin frequency to really tune this in if you change your mind (or the way you feel). Your shbg is a tad on the lower side, which typically points to more frequent pinning (helps with estrogen sides too). Me personally, I like around 140mg/week test cyp pinned eod. This took me changing protocols 4 different times to tune it in. I feel great, good luck.
The reason you are having the sensitive puffy nipples is more than likely the weekly shot of sust. The short esters give you a quick test boost causing a test roller coaster. Your body is trying to balance itself out. Sust is not meant for trt. Best to go with test e or c. Unless you want to pin eod or ed. I've done e7d shots of test e and have had no issues. I prefer e3d but sometimes you gotta roll with it. At any rate don't let it derail your progress you've made by changing a bunch of shit now. But more research on your part is needed. +2 for bloods and for the progress
I used sust for a long while for trt. I really liked it at the time. I figured since natural hormones come in waves and not a flat consistent level it was worth the try.
I do like the longer esters for try now. Nebido and cyp. I didn't have estro nipples but had less consistent moods so basically the same thing

Why sust for trt? And why once a week? Those short esters are playing havoc w/your serum levels I'd imagine.
even every 14 days between each sustanon injection is ok, the decaonate has a half life time of 9-11 days!
Omnadren description says: 1 injection every 4-6 weeks!
And that's why sust is basically used for nothing in the medical field.

GabrielOneYeah im using 150mg weekly only on TRT, feels amazing, normally i have so much lower test than 150mg cyp gives me! Im using alongside with 4iu HGH daily. I wi upload my HGH bloods soon.

Tbh I'd opt for twice a week injections to get more stable test and estrogen levels. Might help with the puffyness
