Not new to Bodybuilding, but the last year I had let my weight become an issue after a hiatus from doing what I love for personal reasons. I am now in some what acceptable shape and ready to start a cut. Have not been on any compound this whole year, I did it completely clean, and lots of hard work, training and diet. I recently just got some t3 and ready to lose fat and gain some more lean mass!
I'm currently sitting at 192 morning weight.
