Some high ranking Eroids member said don't come back until I have some wheels and I didn't take it lightly. Then the Corona virus made the gym unsafe right in the middle of me trying to relocate so things were hectic. I have become lean fit and more symmetrical which was the end game anyway. I'm looking foward to jumping back in after a long cruise. Sust and Mast are a great combo and easier on the endocrine and neurological system so I'm going with those for now. Then Test and HGH. I don't recommend running gear in this manner unless you have insurance for TRT.

Thank you Shredded, I'm guilty of training for the beach instead of bodybuilding when I was younger. My arm development, actually my upper body period, has been disproportionate to the top half of my frame. I've been trying to correct that over the last few years. I'll get there eventually.
AnonI'm the opposite. My legs get a good workout doing what I do which I don't discuss. And I have trained them a lot. I find the leg extension machine to be really helpful for quads, but some guys use it improperly and get runners knee (pain under the knee cap). It happened to me early on and I learned that I can't use all leg extension machines. The ones I can use have to be adjustable enough so that I can get my knees in line with where the machine hinges. If my knees are not lined up with where the machine hinges it puts a torque on my knees that can cause runner's knee.
