I am now 54, awakened and getting into shape again. Yes, what you say it important to me... everyone is. I'm going for 100kg ripped weight by next summer (81kg in that photo) and 'help' will be so much better than fighting. Anyhow.... for 54.... from a weight of 245-lb, this is ripped as one can get. Mad as a box of frogs?

Good shape for 53 but please no further tren run! I did my last 3 years ago and it was a huge mistake, if your 40+ or even 50+ the sides, espeially the heart issues and so on, can be really dangerous and heavy!

This is a very old photo and one he’s uploaded before on a previous account. I remember the filthy mirror and cat shit.

Why don’t you upload a recent photo? Probably because you currently look like you have never stepped in a gym otherwise you wouldn’t upload a 4 year old photo. You have no place running gear let alone Tren.

I’m guessing you never did get shredded from the 700 Tren + you were running otherwise we would of seen the results.

Sorry, mate, am working (W@H) and you guys have a pretty good session going on all by yourselves. I never changed the mind of anyone who had it made up and it is not high on my agenda. Goose asked for a photo of current shape, I posted one. I answered to the call, you guys carry on all you want. I can assure you that I don't drink, whether cycling or not. If we get along during this period, great, if not, then it is likely my loss and that is a shame, because I have taken to this site quite a bit. I think the person you are talking about is a different man or woman (going from the personal names you are using).

Now, if I go silent, it is because this thread has little more value to me. Goose asked for a pic., I posted. Please do carry on and whatever this guy did to you, it seems at a personal level, I hope you guys get closure, but please do not press his or her past onto me. I will thank you for that as I could really use the information in this site. Thank you.

As I said before do you think someone 53 years old should be running tren, clen and T3? Are you prepping for a show?

You are in good shape for 53 dude I’ll definitely give that to you, however don’t you think the risk/ reward factor is a bit much at this point? It appears you have some sort of diet why not just dial in your calories, fats, carbs and cardio to peel off the remaining bf off until you get to where you want to be?

Ps: don’t be surprised if someone asks you to write your user name on a piece of paper and then take a picture. Or write eroids and today’s date.

At the end of the day, this is for me. This is a routine that has worked successfully for me in the past and I am just repeating, only at about half the level of drugs I used to use. These drugs have agreed with my body more than once and my bloods have kept stable. Being two years clean (TRT levels only), and over a decade on TRT, a lot of the decisions that need to be made do not affect me. I really came here to find the sources and get the feedback on who is who these days, and it worked out well for me. No matter how big I get, there will always be someone bigger, no matter what gear I use, someone will always have better, no matter what diet I have, someone will have cleaner. These are the people I am searching out, the diets I want to copy, and the programs I want to review for myself. When the public opens up again, I have my goals and I do indeed have a history of reaching them. If someone gives me shit long the way..... that just drives me to do better.
