Here’s a few stage shots from my
Recent show. Took first in light heavyweight and the overall win. Had some tough competition. Only been doing body building for 7 months. First show was November last year and I took third. Told my self next show I’m winning the whole she bang. And I did !!!

I was just your average joe lifting. Just to lift. Not eating or training like a bodybuilder. Shit I didn’t even know what “open up” meant or what poses were called. I was your casual lifter. Maybe 3 or 4 times a week. Made excuses not to go etc. so yea. This bodybuilding lifestyle. Only 7 months.
