Been working some serious overtime and just nit had the energy, on top of that I got pneumonia, and couldn't breath. First day back to the gym in a few weeks. Still killed it!.

Had Bronchitis twice as it seems to be on the rise over here and man that fucker does me over badly for 5'5 weeks, getting use to it now and what to expect so it doesn't frighten me as much - I just learnt to go with it.
When you had pneumonia do you get it after bronchitis or another lung infection as I believe thats normally what happens with the air sacks becoming infected in the end?
