Okay I wanted to keep things under wrap but this is not what you will see at the end so this is my progress pic. No pump and just after my first meal. Body weight is up but my objective was to have fuller muscle bellies without getting wide in the waist. Shooting for the X factor. Again this will change for the better as I get into the second gear.

Fuck bro, how much is your food bill? Your going h.a.m. on this ebc.Great work you sex mofo!+1
phil113kgMy food bill is not what you think. I drink most of my calories via through whey protein powders mixed with a weight gainer for the extra calories. But I gradually increased my calories by increasing the amount of scoops I use per shake. I try to keep the cost down and keep it simple.
Man everyone says I have big traps !!! Look at those Monsters !!! +3
looking good phil...looks like you will be bringing a much more rounded and full physique to the table this year
phil113kgYou know it Level. I had a good season and things are improving.
thats what its all about
Great growth...and this is without pump! +1
angusYou're always bringing that heat phil, nothing short of impressive. Pround moment.
Great job Phil. I get what your saying about the body not liking to carry around to much weight. I got up there & had trouble breathing & the only place I didn't feel lazy was in the gym. Maybe next bulking season I'll try slin. Been researching it. +1
Looking great brother! Beautifully muscled and very shapely physique! Their is no doubt in my mind that you will dial it in and come in spot on! You always bring the goods to the table! Definitely one of the major competitors in this competition! Exemplary work! +1
phil113kgYour words did not land on deaf ears, thanks.
FoolMeOnceThose traps............
Chest, delts, shoulders and arms all look bigger! Inspiring stuff!
phil113kgI can't wait to show you guys what I look like with a monster pump. Thanks
Looking forward to it.
Will buy arl in confidence
Your a monster Phil!+1
Looking thick Phil, can't wait to see how you shape it now! Good Luck!
phil113kgi have a plan this year to dial it inn even more by adding more Omega 3&6 to my every meal. Also I will eliminate all forms of carbs while upping my good fat intake to keep the calories up where it should be. Last season I played around with carb cycling and wasn't all that pleased.
I try to get Omega 3,6,9 with every meal. I'm trying to just stay even all the time so its easier to set up meals, but if I miss something I try to get more later. I been loving the carbs now after being so strict with them last cut! LOL ;-P
Good Luck Bro!
phil113kgI will try my hand with the keto diet and see how it pans out. It's a big risk but it's worth the try. I want shredded gluts this time around while keeping more fullness.
angusIsnt' fullness representative of carbs the last 48 hours? Is that what you mean?
Ace VenturaLookin great Phil. I really like the way your delts and arms pop. Great genes. I can't wait to see the final product! +2
phil113kgThanks for the +2 and I am happy about how my shoulders are rounding out and biceps/triceps are getting that mature look.
I wish i can look like you on your "off" season. Super full and thick, wish you all the luck in the world, keep killing it big bro
phil113kgThanks RR.
You are quite thick Phil and id kill to have my muscles as full as you are now. Thanks for posting your progress pic very inspiring!
phil113kgThanks. You can do it with high amounts of calories.
Yeah I was making good gains then a set back with a torn tendon then the weight stopped lost appetite I switched my compounds around and now getting back on track!
phil113kgWe are as strong as our weakest link and once you find that weak link then you can go about changing it to make you stronger. What was once weak has now become a corner stone. Injuries are a reminder of what we fail to pay attention too. Lift smart and reap the rewards.
Lol thank you for that!
looking good phil! looks like you put on a good amount of weight. good work!!
phil113kgThanks Big J. It's strange how things evolve. I use to be all caught up in how much I weighed on the scale but now I'm more concern with how well everything is filling out. I notice as I get older that my body doesn't like carrying lots of weight around so I'm forced to do things differently.
