+ 3 7 days out
Ok, dropped the water and fat and soon will carb load without taking in water to fill precious muscle cells. The cut along the obliques is finger deep and that is just one example of what is going on everywhere else. I will have the final results posted later this week.
As of starting today the 25th of March until the 28th, I am sodium loading while keeping my carbs at or around 100 g. Water intake has doubled. This will cause the body to go into a state of shock due to the high sodium influxes and push more water out giving me that extra crispier dry look especially in the gluts and hams. Let's hope this go around is just as good as before.
The 25th; meal 1 one whole egg with egg whites (quantity unknown and added at this stage due to the high sodium content), one scoop of whey protein isolate, half of a pink grapefruit. Fat burners, clen 80mcg, diurectics, ECA stack, l-carnatine, and 4 large glasses of water.
Meal 2; ,350 kg of twice cooked and rinsed lean ground beef with onions and salt. Smoked salmon, one half pink grapefruit and lots of water.
Meal 3; 2 scoops of whey isolate with one tbs. extra fine virgin olive oil, lots of water.
Meal 4; ,276 kg of lean horse meat, serving of salmon, 1 apple, and more water. ECA stack, 40 mcg clen, fat burners.
Meal 5; 2 servings of salmon, 1 scoop of whey isolate, lean ground beef, 1/2 grapefruit and a few strawberries.
Meal 6; same as meal 5
Here is a link that might help anyone that plans to dry out before a comp or photo shoot; tried to copy and paste the link but failed, so search google under DRY RUN FOR BODYBUILDING.

Holy fuck man. Dried as hell. I'm naturally a dry looking guy, but absolutely nothing close to this. Hopefully one day I'll be able to look like this. No homo lol
nice work man, straight jacked and dried to the bone. great job bro, good luck with the prep and show.
phil113kgThanks jonny, lol my coach is named jonny.
Seriously cut to the bone! Way to go!! Also, thanks for the breakdown on how you have gotten to the point with diet and cardio.
phil113kgTo everyone that is wondering how I am doing this; can I be honest with you guys, I do not have a particular set regime that I go by, no seriously. I started with just 20 minutes of cardio three times a week and gradually increased it by 5 minutes every three weeks. The cardio training basically was a light jog and grew into wind sprints until just recently several weeks ago I did more mix training to take the boredom out. The cardio sessions were done in the morning after drinking down one scoop of protein shake to spare precious muscle mass. I will go into the the fat burners and stuff later.
Food intake; I started with lots of egg whites from a friend that works as a chef at a school that through him I can order liters of the whites for pennies on the dollar or shall I say euro. So protein intake has always been over 350 grams per day. Now it is close to 500 grams a day but not with egg whites but super lean ground beef that i wash once after the first cooking to remove if any fat. Then recook it with onions to give it flavor. I cut out the eggs 15 days out of the show to cut back on the salt intake which was helping me hold some water. I manipulated my carb intake without really counting how many here and there. I knew basically how much I was eating and gradually cut it in half and did that again till I reach a very low amount. Then I followed it with a moderately high carb intake to recharge muscle glycogen only to do the whole process again as in a circuit. Of course along the way I had some cheat meals to satisfy the urge to splurge but that too comes to an end as I get closer to the date.
Ok I need to eat so I will finish this later;;;;;;
Chowing down on 350g of twice cooked ground beef with onions and a little barbeque sauce, three rice cakes and a glass of water.
wow, bro, no homo, you are seriously carved the fuck up, what are you running? Also how do you cut water like that, you're a good inspiration to us all, and good indicator that this comes not only from the gym but at home in the kitchen, keep up the hard work!
