+ 11 Few pics while trying to cut down

No gym today, first week day off in a long time, no energy ugh!, no pump, no flex in the pics
100% carb/glyco depleted so flat as fook and zerrrrooooo energy

currently 106KG down from 111kg / down from 245 to 233Lbs. Reasonably leab everywhere bar mid section @ front and sides, and lowest part of pecs due to fatty tissue.and the likes

Trying to get rid of that mid section fat. Boys and girls.... dont let it accumulate in the first place, that's all I can say. Am covered in tats, so cannot post any other identifiable pics right now

Vascularity is due to weight loss and a solid Tren run courtesy of SupremeSteroids, thanks lads, getting the roadmaps together eventually!

Sometimes it takes years to piece the puzzle together and find out what works best for us! An infinite number of trials and errors before we dial it in! So many variables; diet, training routine and frequency, proper rest and compound dosage! You look great and appear to be on the right track!

yeah 16/17 years. I'd say I spent the best part of 13 doing it wrong, the usual stuff, shitty exercise form, shitty on-off diet, yoyo nonsense. It's really only the last 3 years that I've managed to properly figure some of it out.

Long limbs are a nightmare! Although the pics are deceiving, am verrrrry flat at the mo, no glyco, from a tough fat cut, if it weren't for the tats I'd do a full frontal (no homo) from distance to give a better idea

just did a Jackson/Pollock 4 Caliper Method - totally unreliable
says I am sub 10%, which I am not, but it certainly seems that the imbalance between where men typically store bodyfat (mid section versus rest of body) is responsible. Therefor a scan would be needed I guess, to really attempt to determine a closer bf%
