+ 9 Take care of your blood pressure folks
My blood pressure always notches up on cycle.
Once I added GH, only 2 iu's per day, the water retention spiked my blood pressure hugely.
Normally I jump to 130, up and down, maybe 150 with sodium etc... and depending on water, but I was well up at 165 today after a shot of GH from Sergeant, 2 iu's Qitropin, as well as my low test (75mg) and deca (500mg) biweekly shot courtesy of TeamRoids. Quality products all round.
I had initially managed the GH water with some lovely dandelion extract water pills, quite effective, but as my RBC's (and likely hematocrit) are starting to run high again (I can tell as I begin to leak blood from my gums when brishing my teeth, a brilliant red colour, moreso of course than usual).
So RBC's/& prob Hemo up high, and BP spikes from water retention = serious intervention needed NOW.
I bought my blood bags from a supplier locally. 16g needle and 450ml's, bag has anti-coagulants in it. 60 ml's or so I think.
16g needles are ouch IV. So, I sprayed my arm with tattoo anesthetic containing Lidocaine at a low dose (I have actually injected this stuff for a little self-surgery once, but thats another story altogether!).
First bag I used began clotting as soon as it began flowing. Bad news, sticky blood, intervention just on time. I hydrated, took some aspirin to hopefully help prevent the platelets grouping and clotting. 2nd bag worked, and the flow finished within 3 minutes. BP down immediately. Pressing the tissue down onto the skin with pressure will prevent bruising/edema.
Do your bloods people. Its seriously important.

I ran into this post last week while checking out profiles to comments on another post and it just keeps messing with my head. I always have high RBC and my last two cycles I had to cut short due to BP issues. I helped my wife with one of her vascular dementia care patients a couple years ago and it really sent home what people mean when they say, 'you can give yourself a stroke....' of course, one can kill himself too. Two-plus years since you posted this, have you come up with monitoring ideas on the RBC? I never related the high BP to high RBC either, any pointers? Outside of the 2iu HG, your cycle looks pretty much the ratio I would choose on a nor-19, so that has me thinking. Your BP description sounds quite similar too, so the post really has me double thinking. I think this post and the images has finally defined a line I could never cross, but I keep thinking that the cycle you used - I have already crossed it.
Oh ya those 16 gauge are hose needles. Used to donate plasma. No joke. They are painless if the sticktician knows what she or she is doing. But fuck man. I would do it myself but I'd be afraid to miss so probably better to have a pro do it. Serious business. Thanks for posting bud
