There always seems to be a lot of hostility happening on your Ferritin posts mate
posting bloodwork to show proof. Besides I feed of this shit just like those body builder clits!
I crashed mine so hard on December that I'm still in bed. Fatigued as fuck.. No energy no motivation. I messed up and donated four times in 8 months. Most people are unaffected, but not me..
Are you on any iron supplements?
Since December? I’d check to see if there is something else making you feel bad
Counted on fingers... That's a long fuckin time. Id be seeing a Dr
Facts I’m not sure if that’s it tbh
It's not even that low, you probably tested right after you donated which gives false impressions. You could literally eat one steak and be back to normal on the ferritin.
Did you read the post at all? Im about a month out from the donation and STILL out of range AFTER eating up iron rich foods and taking those EVIL iron pills. Still waiting on the other tests to come back.
So next time you see my name around show some fucking respect before talking shit "beginner trying to get ripped" funkin chair-a-trooper. Blood don't lie or troll you little fart. Everyone wants to be tuff eh? Lol
Don't get your titties all twisted up. If you are so low all the time then why the hell would you donate blood in the first place. That is just being plain ass stupid. You obviously have some rare condition if your iron is low like that all the time and so what do you do, you go I will make it lower I will go donate some blood... lacking brain cells for sure.
Did you see my hematocrit? You fuckin moron just trying to be a keyboard warrior without looking into the actual details of what's going on.
But please excuse me ... with all your beginner wisdom.. continue please.
Drink a gallon of water a day and you will lower hematocrit
Yea that’s also my question… why are donating frequently if that’s the case?
Didn't you see my hematocrit? Im not on cycle and haven't been in a few months. Before that, every time I get on 100-150mg of test my hematocrit skyrockets to 54%. I need more testing but what someone else mentioned is that my rbc/hematocrit could be overcompensating if I am lacking in iron especially if I'm cycling here and there.
Yep must have been dropped on your head at birth. Hematocrit goes to 54% your test shows 51 which is basically normal but then you freak out and go donate blood with low iron. 54% is just elevated and not even that big of a deal you can worry once you are above 57% but then again your tiny brain goes well I will just keep injecting 150mg of test and screw myself up instead of you know like dropping down to maybe 75 mg of test and trying that for a while, good god.
Hey Beginner! Lol
The blood draw yesterday was 3.5 weeks after I donated blood at its still at 51%.
I wasnt on cycle when I donated - I was at 49-50% when they checked before I dumped blood. Was trying to get to my baseline of 45 before jumping on cycle again.
But again your smooth chimp brain isn't quick enough to figure this out hahaha!
All good it gets complicated sometimes.
Gunna bust 18mg of iron eod for two weeks then retest. If hematocrit drops and ferritin increases then I know what the problem is and ill be able to get back on a fat cycle.
Be more careful next time and look at the details...
jesus christ man calm down
