+ 1 Easier..
ad
Donating was a lot easier than I thought - so easy I'm tempted to handle this myself next time and maybe do this 2-3 times a year after a good cycle. 100-150mg of anything puts me at 53-54% and I haven't ran anything higher than that.
Anyway,
Any regulars out there?

Do you do cardio? And drink enough water? Increasing my fasted cardio brought mine down from 52 to 48. I try my best to do 6 days a week but you’ll probably be fine doing 4. It doesn’t need to be fasted, but it helps with staying lean and if I don’t do it in the morning I most likely won’t do it. If you do that plus drink water you shouldn’t have high hematocrit, especially on just 150mg of test.
You do need to be careful with donating too frequently. You can crash your ferratin and you’ll feel like shit for a while.
How long did it take you to go from 52 to 48?
Most of what I do is cardio based. My calories are low and water is high. I get bloods done almost once a month sometimes and it takes me 2 to 3 months to go from 53% back to my baseline of 45 off of 150mg of npp and a little test.
It was a little over 6 weeks. After I saw I was up at 52 I upped my cardio and got really consistent with it and did blood work again 6 weeks later and was down to 48. My baseline before TRT was 46 so I doubt I’ll ever be much lower than 48 on TRT. Im happy with anything under 50.
If you already do lots of cardio idk if more will help you. There’s a supplement people seem to like for lowering it called hemo flow. It’s $70 a bottle though, but may be worth it if it can keep you in normal range.
Yeah I know which one your talking about from Leviathan. Their Tudca is bomb but naringin/mblue/turmeric works better than that hemoflow. Next cycle I'll just start it with telmarsitan or enalapril and stay on it throughout the cycle like some older guys do. Still would like to keep a phleb bag around and learn how to use it just in case. Especially if I want to push the dosage more.
Just keep an eye on your ferratin through bloodwork and you’re good to keep donating.
No more than 1 pint every 2 months. 1-3 times a year would be enough for me...
Cardio EOD helped me a lot. Went from 53% to 49% without changing my cruising dose of 220mg.
I donate with the Red Cross doing power red > they take some blood, filter the plasma out and put it back, then take some more blood.
I don’t run anything that would cause me to need to donate but as you said, it’s easy thing to do and helps a lot of people!
I'd just keep letting them do it. Especially since it was way easier than you thought.
Prolly will, but might not be a bad idea to keep an extra p-bag handy just in case.
I run 50% hct natty, 54% cruising at 150mgs and 58% at 500mgs. Never donated nor ever had the negative sides associated with high hct. But I also live at 6,000ft.
Me too, if my hct goes over 56% i stop everything for a month and it goes to 49/50%
Good stuff
