Still gaining Naturally!
Weighed in at 219 this Morning Woot!!!
Been eating to bulk up I'm gaining weight... id have to say im doing something right because my BF% hasnt went up at all maybe down a little to be honest but still putting on size, weight, and lifts are still going up
