I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request to ask someone who refers to you as a good pal of 3 years to show what their physique looks like, whether that be on eroids or privately. It’s odd you don’t and makes me feel uncomfortable you hide your physique behind a computer screen, yet you never showed any discretion when it came to claiming about your stats or appearance.
I don’t speak about private matters hence why nothing has ever been said.
Thing is growmore is I never trusted you - and I am glad I never did. I thought about sending a picture to show my physique but I always had this nagging feeling it wouldn't remain private. When @HanginLow comes on he can vouch for me about what I look like, I've sent him some pictures to prove I look like what I claim to lift. Anyway - Do you not have anything else going on in your life that's more important than what I bloody look like.
I remember now too - you must of asked me over 50 times to see a picture of my body - there's a point when it starts to become inappropriate after me saying I didn't want to after the first few times you asked. That in itself was making ME feel uncomfortable, it was like what is it with this guy.

Uploading a photo is the one thing which someone of any merit can do to prove themselves on this site. I mean can you tell the difference between a 315 chest and a 495 chest? I got no chest but I can hit 3.5 plates, cuz I got some delts and triceps, correlating size to strength is extremely unreliable IMO most of the strongest guys in my gym barely look like they lift in street clothes

Yea I don't think no one can tell the difference between 315 and 495 chest. First time I heard that one. And you mentioned that you have no chest but you have triceps right? We know that those triceps are fast twitch type 2(a)(b) fibers. My point, yes it's somewhat unreliable to correlate size with strength but maybe not as unreliable as you think. I get that you see normal guys that are strong, I do too. But I also see guys with big triceps and chest that are strong also. Any powerlifter knows it's about the proportion of type 2 fibers and low rep training that more efficiently recruits those fibers. Basic 101 powerlifting. Yes skinny guys can be strong but in my powerlifting experience I've seen more muscled guys that were stronger. To be clear same weight class but a lil more muscle development such as triceps..Just my opinion as this is what I've seen in bench pressers.
Equipped Bench Pressers have good triceps as it requires little chest or shoulders due to wearing a large elastic band round them like you do - Does Larry Wheels or John Haack have a small chest?? NO
