I started a “cleanish” bulk about 1.5 months ago (gotta have my chocolate milk and cheese lol) and my size and weight are steadily climbing. I’ve been stuck at 202-205 for well over 2 months, and about a week ago I noticed I was looking a little more full and hard so I stepped on the scale one morning on an empty stomach and it said 210. I have NEVER weighed this much, during the day I get up to 214-216. Being 5’7” and an ex soccer player this is impressive since my metabolism being crazy high. My goal is 225 by July, then I’ll have to slow down since my wife and I will be welcoming our first into the world. Lastly, big shout out to King, his gear is top notch, im living proof no matter what your body type is or how hard it is for you to gain weight with a good diet and discipline in the gym King can get you where you want to be.
