Ohh yeah the muscle mass I achieved was what I was aiming for. Took two weeks off everything ate only 3 times a day and took about 12 days off the gym to give my body a break was going for 14 but just couldn’t lol.
Do you think the dhb played an important role for the solid weight gain? I've been contemplating a run with npp and dhb at some point
For sure man but one thing I didn’t like in particular it made my skin super dry and I had to be a lot. What’s honestly really helped me these past two years bro is the food dialing in what protein and carbs really work for me and of course fats but that’s a pretty much easy for everyone almond butter lol.
Ya food is the number 1 anabolic compound no joke. As I cook chicken and jasmine rice.
Your are right, food is the most important part of the equation, then training, than supplement and juice, rest and hydration of course. If you have these things in order, with a cycle like above you will see a great result. Like the pic above
