Bloodworks results with Test & EQ from GK

ad

Recently posted these,
wanted to give credit to the source for having good quality stuff with lab tests @Gorillakingz

Bloodwork results are 14 weeks into the Test & EQ cycle 560/600mg Test/EQ per week.
Also, used the liquid Var 20mg before training (5-6 days a week avg).

All products from GK
Test E for first 6 weeks & have since used the Test Mix 400 (Test E/Test C) last 8 weeks.

Total T @ 3368ng/dL with LC/MS

Free T: 147ng/dL
Bioavailable T: 3451ng/dL
(calculated based on SHBG & Albumin)

E2 was on the low end
Which surprised me since didn't feel any low E2 symptoms.
E1 levels are high & above the ref range.
Boldenone is known to have metabolites which aromatize to E1 as noted in blood work, which is one of the ways it helps to control estrogen levels for some people.

Always hear how people have really high blood counts and hematocrit with EQ.
Surprising in my case the hgb and hct levels are on the lower side this far into the cycle. Might be even lower than when I began.
Kidney function seems to be good, even with higher doses of protein, creatine and training everyday.

Looks good. Im the opposite. my creatinine is usually slightly high from time to time. Despite trying to drink a gallon of water a day. Which lead me to research hydration. I started adding some salt an a pinch or two of sugar to my water and my creatinine now comes in just below high levels on the average.

BUN is a little high mate - were you dehydrated on the day of testing?

Oh yeh its not at a concerning level, but it does in turn affect things like your BUN/creatinine ratio thats all. I often use to get a high one on Trenbolone during the summer!

You guys are forgetting the Anavar!! It’s metabolized but the kidneys. Also you gfr is just calculated by the creatinine and age, so your eGFR is the same as everyone else who’s 31-33 with a creatinine of 1.02, so it’s not a test done on your kidneys or anything. So you couldn’t have a high creatinine and still have a high eGFR. That’s why it’s called an estimate, they don’t actually know what your filtration rate is, it’s just what it should be with that creatinine level at your age

Just fyi my creatinine is usually 1.4s and thus my calculated eGFR is in the 65-70 range typically. My cystatin C test was 0.94 with a true eGFR of 95….oh and I’ve run anavar since Ross brought up it being a kidney oral vs liver one

Don’t worry too much. You are spot on with your assessment that the typical markers don’t work well for us who lift hard/often and eat copious amount of protein

Ya that’s why having the lab people or a GP go over these numbers with you is practically useless, we know more than most of them. And the training and diet throw off a lot of numbers off and some are just temporarily elevated while on cycle vs off cycle, which they don’t understand.

And we’re those numbers while using the Anavar? I’ve only taken it a handful of times and never really paid attention to guys bloodwork while running it so I’m not sure how much it really effects levels but just curious

Yes Yes Yes - I've heard this time and time again that eGFR, Liver values and so on are affected by the fact we have more muscle mass and train hard so therefore creatinine levels are higher together with creatine kinase and ALT/AST. This is true, but not as true as people make it out to be. Levels are a little worse off compared to a normal person for sure but they will still indicate if someone has issues that need addressing. This is why in an ideal world you should wait 7 days after the last time you trained till you do a blood test so markers have had an adequate time to go back to normal again, or AT LEAST 3 days since you last trained. You will still often see guys who are actively training and weigh 240lb's of solid muscle hit an eGFR of 95 compared to others who hit 70. I would still say the guy hitting 70 needs to investigate things further just to be sure.

Would you say hydration/dehydration may cause more difference in those numbers than working out can? And I’ve heard of guys being misdiagnosed with rabdo because the kidney numbers are so off from trianing and dehydration, but idk if that’s rare and blown out of proportion or what

Couldn’t agree more. Which is why I got the cystatin-C test. It’s expensive. But worth the peace of mind

Ya and I was unaware the difference between estimated gfr and actual could be so much.

It was shortly after a 10 week stint. Always been good about my NAC and other supporting supplements though

If you want to out of curiosity then go for it, but I think you look fine, nothing crazy. I’m gunna be adding in low dose Anavar preworkout also, just occasionally tho, not all the time, kinda looking forward to that

Ya safer on the liver BUT the liver can repair itself and the kidneys can’t so I’m not sure who much safer it really is, but idk if that’s even something that’s really quantifiable, but I think it is better in more areas than just safeness, also less side effects.
