+ 3 Bloods 17 Months Post Cycle w/ IGF1 at 4iu ED HGH (Naps Hyges)
Alright, so this is a follow up to the blood work I posted about 2 months ago here: https://www.eroids.com/pics/bloods-15-months-post-cycle-w-igf1-at-4iu-ed...
Now, for this particular test, I included a bunch of Thyroid related tests SPECIFICALLY as per the National Thyroid Group and the website Stop Thyroid Madness (just search for the link). A lot of people are ill-informed about the thyroid and try to treat themselves without doing their homework by just taking T3/T4. Spare yourself the bro-science bullshit. This shit is no joke. Don't half ass it.
Anyways, I have been suffering from low libido and while my SHBG seemingly looks like the culprit (as it has been consistently high), I wanted to check my thyroid, en full, to just make sure everything else was in check. Luckily, everything seems to be in line. But I've still got a lot of research to do, a lot of questions to ask, etc.
And that's what I cannot stress enough. Don't stop learning, don't stop asking questions. If you think you know everything, you're wrong or you're in the wrong room. Excuse my rant, but this stuff is simply fascinating! And even after reading all these studies, research papers, etc, there's always more to be explored.
So, onto to the results...
Very happy with Total Test/Free Test/LH/FSH/etc. I can safely say that I happily recovered and am doing well from a natural standpoint.
With respect to the HGH, I have been using Napsgear Hygetropin GreenTops (the 200iu kit) at 4iu's per day, all injected IM in the morning (5AM), pre-workout, 5 days on, 2 days off. These bloods were pulled about 2 hours post injection, on an off day. So I did not lift. Needless to say, I am quite content with the results with regard to IGF1.
And then there is the high SHBG, which was also high back in December, as is evident from the prior blood work. Need to find the culprit there.
But yeah, I suppose that is all. Peruse the results, let me know what you think. Hope this helps some folks!
EDIT: Looks like they forgot to include Estradiol. But if the prior bloods are any indication, it should be within range. Usually high E2 would signal high SHBG, but I don't believe that to be the case for me, considering my prior bloods show in range E2 with high SHBG.

Your numbers look pretty good but you're still a youngster so you need to be extra careful about what you take, how much, and for how long. 19 nors have put more guys on TRT than you know. For a 25 year old I would think your free and total test should be higher so some damage has been done. Your FSH is borderlline very low for someone your age. The good news is that you waited 17 months, post pct I assume, with no AAS in those 17 months (I assume) which just proves that it can literally take a long time (sometimes 5-6 months or more) post pct to recover and rarely is it a full recovery to baseline. You seem to be taking this seriously, just keep in mind that if you want to have children, if you don't have already, you're probably going to need to get that FSH up as high as naturally possible because it affects sperm production. I would also be a little concerned about the lack of libido with a free test number that looks pretty good. I'm older now but at 25 I couldn't keep my dick in my pants. I didn't try AAS until my early 30's and my cycles are always very mild cycles of test only. Good luck bro and thanks for posting
I agree, my FSH is definitely low. That has worried me but with respect to FT/TT, I disagree. My younger cousin (20 years old), who is also an avid bodybuilder and athlete, had bloods pulled about 8 months ago. And worth noting, he has never touched AAS in his life. I just asked him to get them done so he would have baseline numbers for the future.
Regardless, his results were as follows:
TT: 540
FT: 121
LH: 5.7
FSH: 5.8
ESTRADIOL: 34
SHBG: 20
IGF1: 151
DHEA: 367
So for a healthy, athletic build, 20 year old male...I mean, yeah, it seems low but kid's doing very well. It just varies quite a bit person to person.
Nonetheless, just to confirm one of your other comments, yes, AAS free for 17 months now.
As for my libido, I've been thinking. It may be mostly mental. I tend to overthink things and after my last serious relationship, which just recently ended a few months ago, I just haven't had the drive to pursue women. Not that I wouldn't fuck a gorgeous girl right this moment. If its no strings attached, I'm down. I just don't want to bother with making conversation, going on dates, all that crap, ya know? And in the past, I would enjoy that chase. But right now, not so much. Then again, I still do believe the high SHBG does have something to do with it, but I digress.
Bro 540 at 20 years old is just too low. Just by comparison my son who is 19 years old had a hormonal panel done a couple months ago and his natty test was at 750. He too is an athlete burt despite lifting every day he was taking awhile to grow so we went and had it done. Well after trial and error it turns out his body movements were comnpletely off, OInce we tweaked a few things, like squueze like a mofo art the top of your movement, litle things, bbut they worked. I'm 37, sitting at a 602 so your buddy who is almost half my age has less testpsterone than me....that's a problem
Yes, his TT levels are definitely lower for his age (though we cannot forget that bloodwork only provides a single point of reference at an exact time, date, and condition). However, his FT is within range for his age. For myself, I fall right within the average range for individuals my age (despite higher than normal SHBG). Remember, those stupid reference ranges on typical bloodwork results don't take into account age, health conditions, etc. Its just a general range. Have a look here:
https://www.menshormonalhealth.com/normal-testosterone-levels.html
And based on those, you're kicking some serious ass at 37, so that's great! Its just we cannot forget that bloodwork, while useful, cannot be taken at face value based on the ranges provided. There are so many external variables.
Just curious, what's your Free Test? SHBG?
Nice post and great job keeping up with the bloodwork and learning as much as possible. I joined here and thought I was semi-knowledgeable but have quickly realized how little I actually know.
Great numbers with those hyges too +1
Thanks man!
Very impressed with that Igf number isning those generic green tops. You're the first person I've seen do bloodwork after using them.
+1 for a proper pct and doing blood work
Thanks man!
Batch number for reference is 20150404. Bought them a while ago clearly haha but still good to go!
And yeah, in all of my research, was never able to find definitive lab results for these babies. Needless to say, very happy with the numbers.
What convinced you to try them? Quality GH is so hard to find.... in fact even finding real GH can be hard to find sometimes. I've been using naps for years and have never once had an issue with anyone of their products. So I can't imagine they would sell something that was junk. But it still scares me at how low the prices LOL
Well, I bought them when my buddy and I were first researching HGH and after toying with the idea for a long time, we pulled the trigger because of your exact reason--that being Naps had never steered us wrong in the past. Granted, we only ran simple Test E/C cycles, but the Geneza line was spot on, including all PCT stuff, supporting supplements, etc. And coupled with the historical legitimacy surrounding Hyges, I figured why not.
However, if you look at one of my other pictures (https://www.eroids.com/pics/pct-results-naps-clomid-hcg-nolva) discussing bloods immediately post PCT, I mention the Hyges (same batch mind you and the exact same box I'm puling from now). They were not yielding the results we had hoped for BUT it wasn't until recently (last few months) that I learned about Clomid (and SERMs in general) and how they cripple IGF1 levels. As you can see from these bloods and the December bloods (was taking GodT then), the aforementioned association holds true. Just happy I didn't throw these Hyges away. I almost did lol
