Congrats of having enough confidence to show real pictures there quit a few that show fake pics it's crazy
You recieved some solid advice below brother! Lower you body fat percentage before utilizing any compounds! From what I can see you have some good genetics! Slim down and keep grinding! +2 for posting a pic! I'm sending you a FR, hit me up if you need anything! Keep moving forward! :))
An estrogen problem waiting to happen. A diet training and cardio would be Your best bet. Just giveing honest advice.+ 1 takes balls to post an honest picture. You got this just give it time.
I wouldn't advise running any Gear at this time with your body fat being so high but looking at some pics you've posted the last couple of months it looks like you've been running it anyway.
Don't short change yourself, you never know what's lingering in your own DNA until you put it to the test. I bet in three months with your frame you'll look good
We need to get you tightened up before you run a cycle, otherwise you are probably just going to run into issues and not really benefit from the cycle. You are in the 20% BF range and really need to knock a bunch of that off first. I would give yourself at least months. Follow these guidelines and then lets reassess where your body comp is at after a few months to see if a cycle would be a good option then. I would expect the fat to come off fairly rapidly.
Good, most take it with a grain of salt. It's all about diet my man, take a look at my pics that's all diet and dedication. Anyone can run gear and workout but there's so much more to it
I'm going to make the changes accordingly. I have been consuming between 20-40 carbs a day since april. If this diet increases my carb intake, should I increase it slowly?
What is your total calorie intake and other macro counts and how much weight have you lost so far? What I am worried about right now is metabolic fatigue setting in with your carbs that low.
This my immaturity with the diet. I didn't count calories. I counted proteins to 1.5 per pound of body weight. Tryed consuming fats like coconut oils, canola, almonds, animal fats. Starting weigh was 248. Got down to 219. Had hip and sports hernia surgery may 1st. Been back lifting light since May 15. Started cardio may 22 on the bike.
If you are serious about this you are going to have to start tracking cals and macros. Just winging it is going to result in just subpar results. Look into the myfitnesspal app.
Ok I will. I'm at work now. I need to do the math when I get a chance. I may have a few questions for you later after I figure out my macros and cals. Just got it. I'm very serious. I need to understand nutrition better.
Looking at ur other "after" pics, my hats off to you bud. Keep smashing it. Ur sure as hell ain't 46. Nice try. Lol. Just saying.

I whole heartedly agree with makwa please heed his advice
If I were stubborn I wouldn't have posted pic. I want to learn and get back some youthfulness. I will heed the advice to better myself.
