7 days ago i Started 2 ius of HGH 2xs a day on training days one shot pre cardio (fasted cardio) second shot in the PM
Starting Proviron at 50mgs a day taken at night as soon as it gets here there was a delay in my pack getting here but it should be here in a coiole of days according to tracking.
I will switch to short esthers 4 weeks out. And also increase the winny to 50mgs every day.
Before running this cycle i was only running 250mgs of testE and the peptides for 6 months.
Meal 1
I eat 6egg whites plus 2 whole eggs and a cup of oats
Meals 2-4
8oz chicken breast, 2 cups of white rice, 1 cup of broccoli
Meal 5
8oz of tilapia or cod, 2 cups of mixed salad.
Last meal, 50grams of casein protein and 3/4 cup of oats
Post workout is 50mgs of protein isolate and 3/4 cup of oats.
I also take a serving of omega 6 oils and some 3 6 9 blend oil in the am and another in the pm
Now the thing is i am feeling fkn lethargic af!! I cant sleep at night unless i take 10mgs of melatonin. But duding the day i feel damn tired all the time. I have never felt this damn tired.
I wake up at 8am do HIIT cardio for 16 min on step machine. (90 seconds on level 4 then 30 seconds at level 10. I do 8 rounds of that) then 30 minutes in the treadmill at 15 percent grade at level 2 speed.
Then go home eat my first meal. Rest for another 2.5 hrs then eat meal 2, then go back to the gym and do my weight training. I sleep 8hrs a day every day. There IS some inturruption on my sleep but moat of the time as long as i take melatonin im ok.
What do you guys think could be causing the lethargy?
I feel like im looking ok but it be nice to get some energy back. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks guys and gals!

Very impressive, good luck +
Muscles looking very thick, liking that. Them Hams gives that that huge look, I’m impressed, well done!!!
Thank bro! I am trying to get my lega back. I was out for a year and a couple of months with some torn ligaments and tendon. But ive been back training them for almost 2 years now. 2 times a week.
You’ve done good work, think I might need some advice from you if that’s ok?!
Thanks brother. And of course bro! I can give u advise, just ask away my man.to be honest tho, i do simple shit lol. This is the most hardcore cycle ive ever done im more of a test at 500 mgs a week kinda guy lol.
What’s your total macros and how are you adjusting them weekly?
Why just now start the gh?
How do you like the peptides and what have you seen? Especially when you were ok just them and test?
Killing it and looking great
Im eating exactly the same as before my cut, im eating 3322 calories, 345 carbs, 364 protein, 54 of fat. And i havent lowered the macros yet since im still loosing fat just by adding cardio.
I bately started the gh because i barely got it. Idk of its working, i havent gotten any numbness on my hands or any other sides.
I freaken LOVED the peptides! Best thing out there imo. They allow u to eat more since they get u hungry as fuck, i can really see the difference from when i started to take peptides to now. It took like 4 weeks for me to start noticing fat loss on the peptides and about 4 months for me to notice any muscle gain. I plan to run them for as much as i can. They r relatively cheap.
Another two weeks and your mind will be playing tricks on you! Keep your head up and best wishes!
Thanka man. As long as its normal i will embrace it!
I have a similar thing happen on tren. I don’t sleep as well but I can wake up alert after just 3-4 hours. It just feels like you don’t need as much rest on tren. Then later in the day I start getting sluggish. I think it has to do with how powerfully trenbolone is activating the AR in your brain.
A big plus one from the Beard bro, your hard work is paying off.
.
Yes! Thats exactly how i feel! In all hinesty tho the worse the sides the better i feel lol like it makes me feep like the gear is working haha. Thanks brother!
