+ 14 7 weeks post diet phase and 2 weeks vacation

7 weeks post diet phase and 2 week holiday break. Very happy with this look and not rushing the rebound. Currently cruising on 200mg test e. Going to try and hold this for 4 more weeks on 3800kcal 500c 300p 60f. Blood donation booked in for next Tuesday. Bloods to be run in 3 weeks then if we're looking healthy time to push up in to the offseason. The aim at the moment is to let the food do the work, grow and progress in the gym while holding this condition and staying as insulin sensitive as possible to put me in the best position possible to really put on some clean tissue

How were your post-cycle bloods? How long were you cutting? Ive not yet successfully gotten down to this level body fat. I seem to always get stuck at around 10%. That's about where I am at present. Bloodwork looks good, but my calories are at 1800-2000, and fat loss has stalled out despite regular cardio sessions and 12-17000 daily steps. I'm planning to reverse diet to maintenance for about a month to give my body a break and reset my metabolism and then hit the deficit again. Any sage advice or guidance for those of us struggling to get down into single digit body fat?

Haha to be fair we did have a great few weeks of weather here but seems to have gone back to shit. I had a 2 week holiday in Greece where it was 35 degrees plus for the entire stay so with already topping up prior I come back so dark I actually look stupid now it's grey and raining again! A few guys asked me if I'm taking melanotan and at what dose I look that bad hahaja
