+ 6 6 week Transformation

Hi everyone. i would like to share my 6 week transformation with you guys- 5 weeks left from diet and from my 10week cycle. I was probably at about 19%-22% body fat in the left and then on the right, I’d say I was just under 14% body fat. Currently in -600 calorie deficit in a day, carbs from veggies, meat from fish,chicken,turkey,beef. 6x weight training / week and 3x HIIT training (25 min each session ).

Taking supplements:
-Fish oil
-Multivitamin pack
- Sometimes Protein powder for my lunch ( Cottage cheese + Proteinpowder + Penautbutter Mix - Flavour orgy in diet !!! )

Using gear: Testosterone enanthat at 750mg/week. ( Para pharma, just uploaded some days ago my bloodwork )

Ultra motivated and happy with the results, i will update my physique in 5 weeks, and lets start the bulking.

You look great, but I have to say it really looks like you extending your abs / stomach on the left to give a “fatter” look.- anyway I have been known to be wrong ;).., keep up the good work bro. Your arms really got defined as well as your chest! +1
