+ 19 55 Days on Tren Ace: 192 lbs to 177 lbs (August 8 vs October 1)

ad

As you guys can see this is a huge difference in that amount of time. I have never used Tren before this time period, and I was very hesitant to even run it. I have to say though after comparing old photos to new ones I myself am shocked. Sometimes I see myself in the mirror and feel like I look like shit, but lately been feeling damn good about my physique regardless of my loose skin from being a fat ass 320 pounder way back in time before I ever even started lifting. 55 days of hard strict dieting with no refeeds, no snacking nothing, and also including Tren and Clen did make a huge difference. I have dieted down many many times in my life, but I have to say this is the most crazy transformation in this amount of time I have ever done personally. I think this might even be a new PR for me in BF% . I know the lighting and angle is different but the fat on my chest and mid section is undeniable regardless of lighting or angles. I was dieting for multiple months prior to August 8th, but I was going very slow with it. I set a date to end my cut on October 8th a few months back, and I feel like I should stick to that date, cause I am physically and mentally drained at this point. Yet something inside me keeps saying 1 more month of dieting, has this happened to y'all before? Is this just the Tren speaking to me? lol

Damn bro! Outstanding work and dedication. I myself have come along way from the ole fat boy stage. Keep it up you should be proud of yourself. The dieting is the hardest part of this journey and if you can push a little further I don’t see any negatives to that other than some solid gains for you.

The dieting is hard for sure, but I found out eventually you get use to it, but you never get use to the effect of low food has on your body and brain. The brain fog, the low energy 24/7, no libido, only enough energy to perform what you need to do your daily tasks. These past 4 weeks I barely had enough energy to even wanna socialize with people, even at my job and that can get hard, people start noticing.
