+ 10 200lb club!

Been maintaining 200 for a few weeks now. Much more round than before but no big deal. Abs and still showing nicely. But i do notice myself a bit "smoother". High carbs might be responsible. All my big lifts are up. And 10lb gain since I turned up a notch on diet a couple months ago isnt too bad considering the bold hasnt really done its thing. Two more weeks and lowering my test to my TRT dose(125mgs from 250mgs) and let the bold shine the last 5 weeks. Don't really do the whole "posing" thing. Suck at it. Just a slight pump just after warm up in this pic. After cycle is done, I'll post a badly posed shirtless for sure. Lol
Main goal...
Maintain 200lbs under 10% till next year's blast.

Same with me. My quads are big. But they need conditioning. Not exactly "cut up". Want a little more size before shredding the access water and fat. Don't want to stay with chicken legs at the end. Lol

2018 was 200lbs, 2019 maybe 10-15 I'm sure. Lol
A few years ago I was where I am now. But shit happens and I fell off just a bit due to moving to another continent. Problem solved and it's only up from here. I'm small framed. 220 under 10%bf would be beast!!!!

Def doing something about that as we speak. Legs aren't exactly lagging too much, but they are lagging some(size aint too bad, but need heavy conditioning). Hitting calves crazy and started intense HIIT training on weekends. Squating crazy and the bold is just starting kicking in. Can notice the extra endurance. This whole experience is strongly focused on lower body and endurance. I'm glad you mentioned this. Now I know for sure that it's noticeable. Now I got something to prove! Hahaha thanx big dawg
