Using cables(my fav). Nice chest workout. Pic kinda blurry from being in movement. I swear, my gym looks like a night club with those freaking black lights... lol
Eating a ton of vegetables and low kcal dense foods to maintain leaness. Hunger really isn't an issue. And gaining lean mass accordingly. Although really not on a deficit, more like at maintenance right now (2500kcal), you dont have to be on a nasty surplus to gain on cycle. Month and a half, gained 4kgs and zero fat. Theres no arguing that....

Listening to some dirty deep house getting your pump on while chewing some anavar.
Always impressive bro
Hahaha it's funny you say that... I just ordered some anavar to try for the first time ever. Chew'em huh?
I'm actually a heavy metal blasting maniac when training super heavy. Dont listen to it much, but it helps me when pushing close to PRs. I personally listen to my southern hiphop otherwise.
Just cant do that electronic music... just cant... lol
Thanx for the compliment, big dawg.
Well done brother, keep grinding.
Thank you homie. Grind or die!!! Lol
Nice physic + nice gym it's like disco dasco pump time
Believe it or not, its actually an incredible gym. It's even got a boxing ring and one of those walls to climb, like mountain climbing of sorts(dont know what its called). A track to run even. 3 stories... cant complain. But them lights... wow. Dont know if to pop BCAAs or shrooms... hahahaha
Thanx for the props, big dawg!
