I know I will get flamed for the first photo when I was a scrawny natty lol but have come a long way since then!. Learnt so much and wouldn't give up this hobby, as it's now a part of me and my partner's life. It's something we enjoy doing together and being able to push each other further each week towards our goals only drives our passion. Looking to compete end of this year or early next year.

Nice transformation, I'll be the badguy and say be careful you're young if you don't PCT properly you will ruin your natty test. So just be aware, I have read some horror stories on here about guys starting TRT at 23 ect because they did something wrong. Very impressive build and nice tan too boot

Thanks! Believe it or not chest was a real weak point for a while. Problem was I was using too much weight and not concentrating on the getting a good squeeze and contraction in the chest. Ever since lowering weight and doing that, chest just grew out of nowhere!
Delts just grew no matter what lol very low volume on them at the moment, 9 sets.
I've been trying this as of late nice hard squeeze at top going to continue hoping it works for me as we'll. keep it up man looking sharp
