Week 10 Progress of Test E/P Cycle

Sorry for the semi nudity ;)
Pic was taken 2 days ago at start of week 10 of my current 2nd cycle. Weighed in first thing morning at 214lb, 6'2. Don't know bf % if someone could give an estimate?? Current macros: 450g P, 600g C, 50-60g f.
Wk 1-12 Test E 500mg wk
Wk 1-4 Test P 100mg eod
Wk 12-17 Test P 100mg eod - (STILL DECIDING ON THIS)
Wk 12-17 Var 50mg ed - (STILL DECIDING ON THIS)
Still undecided on whether to implement the var and prop for a cut finisher, to lead right into summer..
UPDATE: Had a question about my legs. Quad shot. Little bit washed out from lighting and holding a bit of water from leg workout 2 days ago..

How long did you take off for PCT your first time around?
I'm looking at my 2nd cycle now & might go for something like you've got here, but with a couple weeks of D-Bol at the beginning.
Do you get your bloods done regularly?

I had 4 months off between first cycle of test e 500mg for 12 weeks.
Next cycle I'm looking at BULKING, so I'm considering all the options like dbol, deca, eq etc
I had my bloods done on cycle due to my blood pressure being a little high, but that wouldn't give an honest representation of how I'm doing, so after this cycle I'm going to get another blood test done.
4700 calories and still keeping it at 50-60g of fat is a pretty damn clean diet. I dont think I could come up with a daily food layout that good without ODing on canned tuna.

Yer I find I do better on higher carb low fat. Egg whites, oats, chicken, beef, tuna, sweet potato, brown rice and mass gainer with water/whey. That's pretty much my staples. So interesting day in day out haha -_-
nice, my abs where visible to that extent before my bulk lol thats why im cleaning the diet up lol, looking good though bro.
This was supposed to be a bulk :s probably should have gone harder with the bulk for more mass.. I'm hovering around 4700 calories now. Don't know how I could possibly eat anymore haha next cycle I'm thinking of including EQ to get that appetite up!
what are your goals bro?
Well I had a goal of 220lb at around 8% by the end of next year. But now I think I have underestimated my target weight, as I'm fairly close to my goal already. I'm thinking of competing end of next year, so that's why I was contemplating cutting down to really see what I have to work on and plus it's beach season down here in AUS ;) Already know I need to bring up triceps, traps, forearms, bicep peak and calves.
Looking lean bro, I would still use var but that is just me cause I love my var.
I know so tempting :( I'm visualising what I could look like at 5-6%

Haha thanks man. Yeah been busting my ass with my diet and training. It's getting bloody hard to eat the amount of food required :(
Whats your cycle history?..
This is my 2nd cycle. First cycle was about a year ago, Wk 1-12 Test E 500mg wk. The cycle I layed out above was written up by Zewi after discussing my options with him.
6-7% looking good (no homo) don't see any reason to use the var
Cheers brother. Yeah I'm starting to think that.. That's why I'm thinking just prop taper wk 13-14 and PCT.
