+ 24 19 week cycle completed
19 week cycle completed. Going to call it quits and hop into a health cruise this weekend. I’ve dealt with some cystic acne and ingrown hairs over the course of the cycle. The first few photos are this week and the last two pics are from the beginning of the cycle. Cycle started with 300 mg of test and 100 of mast E. Ended cycle with test at 650 and mast at 350. E2 was managed over the cycle with Aromasin 12.5 mg. Took on Monday and Friday at 300 mg, Monday, wed, Friday at 400 and 500 mg, and had to go to every other day on 650 of test. Cycle start was 166-168 lbs and end of cycle I weighed in this week 183-186. Made a ton of mistakes with diet in the beginning, but was able to course correct and eat some gains towards the end. Only labs to recover during health was my HDL. It dropped to 32 in the last few weeks of the cycle.

Crazy work. Leaning out while growing isn’t easy to do and requires a lot of timing food.
Being my first cycle, I think I kind of took advantage of the fresh androgen receptors. I honestly wish I would have eaten more but I’m happy with the results. Going to take a 8 week break get all health markers back in check and then go hard at it again. My goal is 190 lean before the end of the year. I think I’ll end up around 177-178 by the time all the water falls off me from this cycle. So think I’ll have dropped about 2-3% body fast and put on 10 lbs of lean mass here.
I’m cruising on the TMP mix. Will be my first experiment with using primo for e2 control.
Nah you ate just enough! It’s all about how you go about things. I know bodybuilders who eat like fucking crazy and put on crazy size but their preps are brutal. Then some who stay very lean and make their prep easier. So for you not competing it’s just preference! You’re here to look good naked like Seth says. So to grow slower but stay leaner is the name of the game. Also looks like mast is going to be fav for you. Turned you into a road map.
Get that HDL up over the 8 weeks then hit it again. You’ll hit 190 easily if you’re just needing 12lbs. Any plans for next growth? Just higher test?
Going to run SUS/Primo/DHB for 16 weeks and drop DHB the last 4 week and finish with Tren Ace. Plan to start with gear load around 700 mg and stay below 1.2 grams for cycle.
That’ll be fun! I’ve always wanted to try DHB one day. It gives a crazy look to everyone. You’ll easily pass over 190. Nice though so you can come off and stay above 190 at 5’8 you’ll be looking juicy
Looking forward to it a lot. Sleep towards the end of this cycle got rough with the Mast I think stimulating my CNS. It was the other player that kind of helped me decide to pull the plug and end the cycle.

first round bulk blast I should mean I fucked around at maintenance at higher doses but this was supposed to be the big gainer and it wasn’t nearly as good as I hoped.

Ty. Hoping it was from hormone fluctuation with having to constantly manage my E2. I aromatize heavily, my e2 was 105 on only 300 of test pinning daily. Plan to just run primo in all cycles from here on out for e2 management.
Mine was 144 at 400 test 300npp.
I dropped doses due to hct, got follicletis from shaving that wouldn’t leave, dropped further to cruise and now have full blown acne on the chest. I had primo in there for a bit but ended up with injection fatigue.
Health phase subq cant say I wouldn’t be happy with your gains and the acne though haha
Next blast isn’t till November again. Plenty of off time for moi
I’m currently taking Accutane and it seems to be doing its work. The acne isn’t really painful. So hopefully can knock it out over these next few weeks while test is low and prepare for next blast

Was running 20 mg went up to 30 mg a day this week. Will run it here until no new cysts form. This seems to be the dose that is stopping any cyst formation.

Do you mind sharing how was your eating intake was? Carbs, fat, cal, protein a day. Great job bulking and staying so lean!
Sure protein stayed 220+ a day. Carbs fluctuated between 300 and 450g a day depending on protein intake and fats stayed below 100 grams a day (preferably between 70-80 grams). I struggle to eat a lot of food. I grabbed a lot of my carbs with adding post jym fast acting carbs to my water every day to get about 120 grams of my carbs
I use Cronometer to track everything I eat.
I actually got leaner while putting on the 18ish lbs.
This is so true and refreshing. Many people believe you must deprive yourself of carbs to lose weight and end up losing so much muscle while they cut feeling like ass the entire time. The truth is with proper nutrition and timing that nutrition correctly you can grow and shred simultaneously.
Truth. Carbs don’t make you fat. Fat makes you fat. Carbs help fuel everything we are doing. We have such good nutrient partitioning with the anabolics that our body knows exactly what to do with the carbs. As I increased carbs I stayed full, lifts got better, and just overall felt better. The only time I’ll ever go below 300 g carbs a day again is when I go back into a hard deficit trying to shred at the end of a cut.

Thanks brother. Figuring out the cals was the toughest thing over the cycle. I found 3500-3600 to be the sweet spot for gains. I started the cycle eating around 2700 and my body wasn’t moving other than water and some small recomp. Bumped to 3100-3200 and saw some nice small gains. When I got the cals over 3500 I started seeing much more fullness and consistent progress in all muscle groups.
Agreed that definitely is the toughest part. I'm coming out of my cruise/diet phase and I've been titrating calories up. Starting to see some improvement and progress now.

There is a huge difference between the bottom and top pictures. You are pumped up in the above pictures, but still the difference is impressive. By the way, how did you get rid of ingrown hairs? I had one near my tailbone and it bothered me for months. I couldn't sit on my ass.
Near tailbone is typically a pilonidal cyst. I had this before, I went and saw a surgeon and they did a surgery that destroys the hair track. They essentially go through the cyst and create a small hole where the hair tunneled through by tailbone. It honestly was painless and healed in like 3 weeks.
Yes, my colleague (I work in a hospital) examined me and said that I would have to do it surgically and that there was no other way. However, I came across an old cream that is used for these things, and after a month of applying it, everything disappeared without a trace, and I haven't had any problems for more than a year now. Otherwise, the cream here is called simply "Black ointment" and as far as I can see, the basis of the composition is ichthyol (ammonium-sulfogirodalate).
