Purchased Generostim White box 400+ IU on 12/12/25 received sometime during the week before X-MAs. I ran the GH at 3 IU’s nightly. The GH improved my sleep and helped me to get into deeper sleep. I woke up rested even while I was in a calorie deficit (2200-2300 cals/day). My IGF levels were 304 right about where I would expect it to be on 3 IU. I did notice lean mass changes and body fat reduction while in this cut. Started around 17% and have gotten down to closer to 13-14%. The only side effects have been hand numbness while sleeping at night that would go away with movement of my hands. No edema has been noted anywhere else in the body.

I was running Testosterone 300 mg and Masteron 300mg weekly as well with daily pins while also taking the GH.
