Didn't realize it had been over a year since I posted up a pic. The second photo I already posted last year in March when I really started taking getting sub 10% seriously and got a lot of great advice/encouragement. Fast forward a year and the new photo was taken a couple weeks ago. Still have some work to do but progress has been slow and steady.

I've incorporated a lot of HIIT training in the last 7 months, 1 hr- 4/5 days a week. Been able to maintain 230lbs and drop some body fat without losing much, if any muscle mass. Been running Swoles primo for the last 12 weeks, which obviously has played a role. 600mg wk w/ TRT test. I know a lot of guys like to run it higher but overall I feel good, recover well, and feel like I'm making progress.

It's by no means a dramatic transformation, but my overall fitness level and cardiovascular capacity has increased tremendously since introducing the HIIT to my standard lifting routine. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I really enjoy it and it's aligned well with my goals.

Appreciate you guys, any advice/feedback is always welcomed. Wouldn't be anywhere near my goals without you guys to begin with.

Thanks man. Funny thing is I barely ever do anything specific for the traps. If only my other muscle groups were that easy, lol.

Good primo I can make gains on 500 mgs bro, I agree you don’t NEED to run a gram if your diet and training are on point. Looking great brother, a big plus one from the Beard.

Thanks beard. Yeah it did a great job at preserving lean tissue, I was even able to add some in a relatively conservative deficit. It’s by far my favorite compound, extremely versatile. Like you said though, diet/training need to be dialed in and that’s when it really stands out. I think that goes for all AAS, but uniquely even more so with primo.

Looking good man. What them wheels like? What’s your macros at and overall calories? I’m a little taller than you and can’t seem to get the full look you have but I’ve also been working away from the skinniest guy in the gym to now 6’5 down from 260
To 240 but still probably 18-19% bf

Thanks bro. Wheels are in pretty good shape too, a lot better actually since I’ve added the interval training. I always slacked at the gym on leg day just because I prefer upper body workouts but now it forces me to blow my legs up constantly. I’ve been right around 4000 cal day. 50/30/20 on the macros.
