+ 14 7 wks in Primo Ace/Test Prop
ad
I know I've still got a long way to go, but figured I'd throw a pic up anyway. Been running primo ace @ 100mg ED and Test prop @ 50mg ED for about 7 wks. Really trying to get under 10% so I've been hitting the cardio pretty hard thru-out. Like I said, I know I still have a ways to go, but I've learned a great deal from so many on this site and couldn't be more grateful for everyone that makes it happen.
Looking forward to keep getting after it and learning from all of you everyday. Thanks guys.

300 Savage+1 for a clean primo and test cycle..
Thanks Savage, appreciate the support brother.
You look good bruh ;-)
Thanks brother.
You look really good. If you drop your carbs lower look into using Cortisol Calm.
Thanks man, appreciate it.
Sounds like a good cycle. Just don't cut to hard to fast or you will start burning up muscle, even with primo in the mix. High protein and low carbs with your cardio will get you under 10% for sure with primo.
Thanks Makwa, sincerely appreciate the advice. I will def proceed with caution, don't want to lose what was so hard to gain in the first place. What would you recommend for daily carb/protein intake at for 6'3" 227lb?
Primo thrives in a high protein environment, it is the only compound where I can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time while in a calorie deficit. If that deficit gets to low though then the muscle gains stop and it is just fat loss with maintaining existing muscle. Must be in a high protein environment for this to occur though. I recommend with primo that you do not drop below 2g/lb of bodyweight for protein to really take advantage of the nitrogen retention abilities of primo.
Here is what I come up with for your numbers:
TDEE= 4100 cals so knock at least 500 off of that for a recomp with the primo. So you should be shooting around 3600 cals/d
Protein (2g/lb) = 450g (1800 cals) which puts you at 50% of your macros for protein.
I would put 30% of your macros into carbs to start with which would be 270g and the rest into fats (20%) which would be 80g.
So Protein (450g)
carbs (270g)
fat (80)
As fat loss stalls start replacing your carbs with either more protein or fat and also increase cardio if need be.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write all that out for me. Based on your recommendation I need to tweak a few things on my current intake, but I will absolutely make the adjustments. I really appreciate your time and advice brother.
