Here is a topic that is brought up most of the time my PMs. First off, let me see a show of hands who think eating clean while on bulking agents is important. For those who agree, show me a 1 the thread. Now, let me see the hands that agree that eating rich foods is a must while on bulking agents, show me yes by the number 2. Once I get enough responses then we will move on deeper into this misunderstood subject.

Tofu is disgusting, I didn't know of rich and junk like was synonymous, just was clarifying.
rich foods just means high in calories.

phil113kgVery. Eating clean is reserved only for cutting and even then you will need to eat some junk food every now and then to keep things running smoothly.
Well as we discussed it took me a while to figure that out and a lot of wasted time to grow. I'd love to hear more about your bulking diet...I know you don't count cals but just a general idea of how much you out down
phil113kgIf you haven't noticed, eating rich foods will keep you feeling full and satisfied more often than vice versa. Rich food will saturate those hungry ass muscle cells and keep you anabolic. Staying anabolic will allow anyone to keep making serious gains. You combine that with the fast recuperating agents and what do you have? Muscles, slabs of it. Now of course there are other factors not outlined in this small discussion. But you get the point. So, eating like this will maybe allow you to cut down on the meal frequency.
I have still been trying to eat as much as possible but the heavier foods give a more noticeable muscle fullness and my recovery seems to be quite a bit better
