Hey guys…. I know I’ve been absent every now and then, but I’m still here, and still contributing when I am actually using the internet.

I live a simple life. I don’t have social media, don’t use any computers, barely use my phone, and focus my spare time to my homestead, gym, and road bike training in the mountains. My recovery likes it this way. I’m sorry I’m not more active, but I’ll end up spending 4 hours a day just mindlessly scrolling the internet looking at stupid/negative/pointless information instead of actually being productive. It’s the addiction mindset. Can’t have a little of anything…

I see members defending other’s like some of you did for me when I joined. I’m grateful for that to this day. Without you guys I wouldn’t be here, and I wouldn’t have this community,
