I love that quote because Mrs. Kennedy lived through some terrible emotional hurricanes. I think she means to be proud and hold our heads up, that we survived. We haven't destroy ourselves, yet. Rainbows aren't just for other people, they are for us too. It is OK to feel good about myself, especially when I lift.
I'm suffering through a herpes breakout, forgive me if that isn't appropriate to share here. The break out is painful, I feel like a went few rounds in the ring. I went to gym anyway, wasn't my best lift, butt I trained legs for 50 minutes.
Today I won't make any storms but I will endure, and persevere.
