I Hope everyone is doing great and remaining resilient at this time of year 
I watched a great film tonight called 'A Good person' with our old friend Morgan Freeman in, anyone who has had any kind of addiction especially with Oxy's or Alcohol (No not anadrol 50's!! LMAO) will find it a really good watch.
Its all about facing up to your faults and accepting responsibility for wrong things you have done in life, very humbling.

Another great film I watched recently mate was 'Society of the Snow' all about the plane crash in the Andes in the 70's, where they somehow survived on the mountain for months.
