Hello have question about my lats I don't go to gym have some equipment at home barbell set bench dumbbells pull up bar and I add weight. My question is what is best movement do bring my lats up without other stuff from the gym

Bro what i found works like crazy is everytime i do a set of pull ups or Heavy Lat pull downs i rest a Min and then do a set of Bent over Barbell rows...Beast...And then between each set while im taking my min rest i Stretch the shit out of my Lats by pulling on a bar of some sort...God bless

I thank you for idea. post is old an came long way but u are right about that routine I do similar way just weighted wide pull ups then light bent over rows either way I appreciate the new combo will try that out also need something new body is getting use too old routine

When you get a chance look up Charles Glass training tech for your back. Found it helps me even out the old turtle shell

Different variations of pull ups. Wide grip, narrow grip, medium grip. Every set to muscle failure on these.

Heavy one arm dumbbell rows.

Dumbbell pullovers/ really concentrate on working the lat and feeling the muscle contract.

Dead lift.

Not sure how much my advise means to you with me being new to the board, but nobody else had offered any and I'm not new to the game. These exercises should torch those lats with the equipment you have right at home. I hope this helped.

Does not matter about your karma or if you are new homey I still appreciate the advice I have been doing pull ups just have to start adding some weight now body has got used to regular pull ups and for now I will just keep doing high reps on dumbbells until I get heavier ones as far as deads are concerned been going heavy 325 365 also did 380 3 reps if I keep at it this cycle will be getting that back thickness
