Basic Anti-Aging Supplement Regimen

ad
Default - Use Group's defaults.

This is a work in progress and needs some explanation but in the interest of getting it posted sooner rather than later, I decided to go ahead and put it up. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Good start. Maybe as time goes on, other info can be added by other people or you such as why use the supplement or what it will do and maybe why the dosing and why those times.

Thanks snuka, I'm working on an overview of our current understanding of the causes of aging and a comprehensive strategy to address them. I'm also working on information on each one of my recommended supplements and why I believe they are so important. Part of the missing picture is how each of these supplements fits into the overall anti-aging strategy. While I get these other materials together, please don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have.

That life extension mix is a good supplement. It may seem expensive, but when you compare the ingredients to other multi vitamins,it's not bad.Especially when you hit the once a year super sale. Those tablets are horse pills!

Yeah, I've been taking them since 1984. They are much more than a multi-vitamin. They are an advanced, broad-spectrum anti-oxidant blend and are changed frequently to keep them on the cutting edge of anti-aging research.

I've been a member of LEF for over 20 years.

AWESOME... They are good people. A lot of people don't know it but they take a huge portion of their profits from sales of products and pay for research that otherwise would have no chance of funding. I tell my clients, that their magazine alone is worth the annual membership fee... Then they usually give you a credit toward their products of more than the membership fee, members get discounts on top quality products and access to discounted blood testing through LabCorp. Pretty much a no-brainer in my book!

When I first joined, their monthly "magazine" was 1/2 of an 8.5 x 11 sheet with "all" the research for the month. Now, it's a full time job keeping up with developments!!

Last I knew about the research they they funded,is that they would not give money to research unless 100% of the money went to the research and the researchers. With some research and also charitable causes over 50% of the money goes to administration.

Yeah, its scandalous... As a bicycling coach, I had to drop my support for a national MS support organization when they donated millions to a "for profit" pharmaceutical company for developing a drug that they were going to develop anyway and then sell at HUGE margins.

MS is virtually non-existent at latitudes near the equator because people get enough exposure to the sun on a year-round basis to have optimal Vitamin D levels. MS could be eliminated if every person would supplement with dirt-cheap Vitamin D3 and bring their levels up to 70 to 100 ng/mL. Why not spend those millions getting that information out to the public and to the medical community for that matter? The problem is that there is no money to be made in Vitamin D!!

That's why it only makes sense to take our health into our own hands and not let the medical system kill us! IMO, if you want to stay healthy, stay away from prescriptions, hospitals, and insurance companies and only visit docs who are open minded and understand that they are your employee!
