This is another work in progress. Telomeres are a major factor in aging and are the target of numerous strategies in slowing and reversing aging and preventing and/or curing many of the diseases of aging.

I decided to go ahead and post the attached graphic so the industrious types who are interested could go ahead and chase this rabbit! The source for the graphic is cited at the top. ;-)

Hint: Optimally balancing hormones has been shown to protect telomeres from shortening and maybe even lengthen them!
