Thanks for accepting my membership. Figured it was time for me to see how it's done right. Just here for the knowledge laid out and to learn. I run pretty simple cycles, but kind of thinking of a comp down the road one day when the time is right.

Thanks for letting me join here. I need this info, the plan is to be stepping on stage by this time next year. But I don't just want to go stepping on stage I want to step on stage and without a doubt take home a victory!
I have support from the Mrs (of course) have hired a trainer for meal, workout and progress adjustments who will also be my experience contest prep coach.Only thing I don't like so far is his cycle advice.

I'm hoping to apply some of these advanced cycles and techniques to my future cycling. I'm smart enough to know what's within my limits. I hope this place takes off. This is what I've wanted is to be able to see how advanced guys are applying things. I've got a bulk planned for this winter. Looking at Prop, NPP, Provi, and maybe cycling Drol 2 weeks at a time throughout. Hopefully I can learn some things to apply to this.

It will be a tough one to control for membership. After reading some of the comments I think that the 3 votes and your in is ok, however there should be criteria that needs to be met I think. The list of names that were posted earlier are definately worthy to be invited thats for sure. I do think that Tread also should be invited. I am thinking that pics definately need to be submitted to at least be able to back up what is being said to some degree, I realise that pics can be doctored but it's a way. Another is being invited by a current member. If this is to be done then maybe approval should be given by others already in the group prior to them being addmited to the group? I do think that the group should also be limited in numbers allowed in. That way it eliminates a lot of problems to crap starting in here. But that being said it also limits the info and discusions to be had in here. Oh and by the way Noid thanks heaps for the invite mate.

I applied to become a member this morning and would just like to say im honored to have been accepted i admittedly have a lot left to learn about advanced cycles as i have just begun competing so ill probably be asking a lot of questions for awhile and learning how to build my pre- show cycles while maintaining my health which is of upmost importance with that being said is it ok to start new threads???? If i should wait until details are ironed out just let me know thanks again

How about a test question or pop quiz? Lol. Sounds silly but maybe it could work. Fact is there are brand new guys who are obviously veteran bodybuilders. Karma cannot be the deciding factor.

Well we should have like a vote before we let anyone in, i dont want to go by level since some of these guys are ranked high but you can tell there still noobs.

Perhaps the first group of folks who ask to join will be folks that are apparent in ur eyes. After that I think they need someone already accepted into this group to vouch for them. So by invite only. At that point u need to determine whether they can join or not. Ur show brother. But some sort of invite process would work for now.

Also those of us who have spent the hours reading all the posts know already who has changed their tune to certain topics more than once. Acting like they have done things a certain way and truly their posts reflect otherwise. Just because they are smart and educated doesn't make them advanced. Real cycles from real users.
