How does everyone structure their GH runs? Ramping up, preferred dosages, tapers, pulses, ED, E3D, etc.

Has anyone had any sides or bad experiences in running it? I have been loosely keeping an eye on information on it for years, but never dove deep in because I never thought i'd be willing to pay for it. From the surface I got the idea that it was a pretty side effect free, mild, but long term benefiting drug, of which dosage strongly dictates the received effect. So for the last 3 months I looked into a lot more and see that it's not quite so side effect free, and not quite so cut and dry on what it truly does, and what end result a person really might get from it. There's talk of satellite cell production which leads to the muscle building ceiling raising much higher. As in, someone who normally couldn't ever be more than 230 on stage, could eventually get to 250+ if they used GH however way is necessary to make that happen. Then of course there's the fat burning and "anti aging" whatever people think that means.

When I run GH I run 5 IUS with a preworkout meal. Then post workout meal 5 IUS immediately after the gym and a meal... Probably the biggest meal of the day.

If there was some genuine strength and mass to be gained from it by running up to 5iu's a day I would definitely consider using it - But all I ever see is reviews saying my hair and nails are growing quicker and skin is firmer Lol Which at a minimum of £120 per kit seems pretty steep.

So far this is what i've experienced. It's only been about 10 days of 4ius ED (I took a 3 day break because I got an infection unrelated and was too sick). I can fucking hear my nails and hair growing. I swear this shit isn't just expensive because of its cost alone. It's doubling my monthly haircut bill, it's damn near tripling my food bill, but thats about it. My cycle is fully kicked in right now too so I dunno how much of what's going on is the gh and how much is the other stuff, but i'm full as fuck, hungry as fuck, and getting a bit leaner despite having little choice but to eat dirty due to how frequently I become STARVING.

I'd just enjoy it bud - if you are eating a lot more then that means you are putting on more mass and muscle. It must be proper HGH too if its very noticeable hair growth Lol Try it maybe with Slin as the experts all seem to agree thats when it comes into its own. Supposed to be so much more effective as a mass gaining agent Smile Ask Bulk for a good protocol to follow ....

Lol I totally agree. Due to the cost and the lack of an equivalent outcome, I have never even considered ordering it. Not mention, even IF I did want to get some, to put up that much money on the internet black market; HEEEEEEELL-to-the-nawww---

BUT, in this case I got it for free, and have barely enough to be able to see what 4ius does in 4-6 months, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed for those permanent satelite cells!

1 year ramping from 2-4ius Ed over 6 months then dropping to 3.3ius m/w/f has completely morphed my physique. Mind you this is 9 years of dedication later... only 1 of continuous hgh though.

I’m not talking about hair and nails either. It’s just added a more sculpted look to my muscle bellies overall. Over the course of the year diet has been bulk 6 months, maintenance 2 months, clean foods (fruits, veggies, proteins, no processed carbs) 4 months.

This has left me from a high point of 5’8” 240 down to 208. There’s a picture in my profile that doesn’t do justice.

Other compounds have been sporadic, medium level dosage cruises except for the maintenance period which was high trt dosage.

The normal stuff, deca for bulk kicked with tren, Test e and c switched in and out. Tren Ace and Test e for cut at 250mg eod for Test e and ramping from 100-150 of tren ace.

That's awesome. I was seeing some phenomenal muscle fullness while using 4ius ED. If m/w/f can produce good results i'd be glad to do that instead over a longer period.

The question that makes all the difference tho, is do you get to keep any of that unique change in muscle once you stop.

You stop the juice everything fades away gradually.

Of course, but there's debate about if GH satalite cell production within the muscle causes a permanent amount of increased muscle mass potential. I don't mean quit all steroids. Just the GH.
