Tom Hardy's Warrior Workout
ad
OK, really need someone to explain how Tom Hardy got so big and lean by going against all logic when it comes to building muscle?
His Warrior film workout consisted of strength training 3/4 times (yes weight sessions 3/4 times A DAY) daily plus his cardio like kick boxing etc.
And although he admitted non-directly to taking steroids on the Jonathon Ross show when working out for the film it still goes against logic how he built so much muscle by training totally against muscle building logic, yet he did.
When I finally think I get the basic principles of building muscle something like this comes along and goes against everything I know but it still works. How?

AnonIve seen people put on 40lbs their first cycle of 12 weeks.. definitely not impossible.
Add in his bottomless income, lots of free time, and a Hollywood trainer and you can totally recomp very quickly.
give your body the right fuel u can make it do anything man. Try and run your body without fuel , it shuts down. The man did nothing but eat, train and sleep, very easy to do when its your job.
