Shoulder pain
ad
Hello everyone, I am running just a test c cycle right now, and training using progressive overload..I am seeing great results in strength and size...but my shoulders recently began to ache pretty much all day. .resulting in a poor performance during training. .I tried listening to my body and laying off the weights for a few weeks. .it seems to get better, until I start training again, then it comes back like I never took Time off...any help or advice is much appreciated. .

Yeah judging by your description that's exactly where mine hurt at first. I kept lifting through it and it got worse to where eventually couldn't lift my arm over my head without horrific pain. I went to a doctor and she told me I partially tore my rotator cuff and I had that exact same feeling about the sling. I hope yours is just a strain or tendinitis but if it's a tear like mine start looking into some peptides man because you're in for a rough couple months until it heals up
Thanks, I think that's what I may do, just didn't want to spend any money on doctors if rest would be sufficient enough. ..thanks for the advice everyone. .
I've ran gear before, but this is the first one in 4 years..running test c 400mg Ew for 14 weeks..going on pct as we speak. .in past I've used tren ace, dbol, deca, cypianate, pct"s.. my diet is only clean foods.
As of this week my daily macros are 90g fats / 190g carbs/ 250g protein. .I run a ffod journal so my macros are spot on..I also take fish oil , multi vitamin, vitamin d3, green tea, dietary fiber. .hey thanks for your concern and time.
Is this your first cycle? If not what compounds have you used before? Also what does your diet look like such as fats, cal intake and such? How long have you been on your current cycle?
To accurately describe the pain, right now with my arms hanging free, I feel like they need to be in a sling. . The pain is originating from the top of my shoulders where my traps insert. ..
If the pain is as bad as you say, I would go to a doctor ASAP. You very may well of torn some tendons in your shoulders. May just be tendinitis, but I'd get it checked out for sure.
Does ibuprofen help with the pain? Monitor for increased pain and stop lifting it increases. I believe you are growing. A TENS unit could help alleviate some of the pain, too.
Can u specify the exact location of pain? Thanks.
