Basically it’s how he trained Sly & the whole story.

Franco Columbu is a legend. His chest was just beautiful! I try to to think how he would of looked with today's tech, gear, and nutrition in his prime.
I as agree! I have a few of his old books. The nutrition part was very basic

Columbu is a legend & some parts of the video you can really see that he was a practical joker. Some of the tidbits & stories are very Entertaining! He must of had fun times back in the old original Golds in the early 70s! Totally different scene in the gym nowadays with everybody & their cell phones.
