My split

ad

I was thinking on switching my routine to a Push pull legs split but honestly it feels like to much of a headache
.... So I only changed up my split ever so slightly and honestly i feel like that all someone needs, unless people like to just completely go ass backwards to (keep the body guessing), Here is my split

Monday. Back Arms 4 arms
Tuesday. Chest Delts calfs
Wednesday. Off
Thursday. Back Bi 4arms
Friday. Chest Tri
Satuday. Legs Calfs Delts
Sunday. Off

I was doing chest delt tri calfs all in one day and back and arms on another day of the week, do i decided since I need my upper body to grow and catch up to my legs, I need to hit everything 2x and my legs once a week.
Any and all constructive criticism is appreciated. Lately Ive been trying to go more heavy since I`m bulking and wanting to add serious muscle and not just go for the pump which is what ive been doing the last couple years since my first hard bulk, which i went heavy as possible reps 3-8.
thanks

Everyone has a split that works best for them, and usually depends on if you are cutting or bulking. When I'm trying to put in mass, I tend to separate things a bit more to really push an individual muscle group. For instance, I will leave chest on its own when bulking because there's no way I can get a good workout on Delts since youre incorporating them in your presses. But then if I'm cutting, lighter weight more reps or drop sets and I love to blast some Delts at the end and really get that good pump and burn them out. Remember, bulking is alot about the amount of rest you get and repairing the muscle you just destroyed! Try putting your bigger groups on a solo mission, and go for broke! That's Always worked for me when trying to bring up a certain area. And don't forget post workout meal, fast carbs and isolate protein is what I use. Only meal i eat that isn't real food. I didn't utilize pwo meal for a long time, just a protein shake but now I do about 50g Carbolyn and 40g iso. And forgot to mention, your next meal within an hour. Heavy on carbs and lean protein. But looks like you already have the diet down! Hope some of this helps bro!
