How many days a week would someone on average have to train to maintain muscle mass, if the nutrition side is on point?
Would
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Be enough if you were hitting full body workouts?

Week1
Monday: Delts/legs
Wednesday: chest/arms/back
Fri: delts/legs
Week 2
Mon: chest/arms/back
Wed: delts/legs
Fri: chest/arm/back
Repeat
100% come down to genetics

Depends on how developed they are, level of training intensity, sleep consistency, TRT/Blasting/Natty, etc..
Full body workouts are for newbs and crossfitters. Would never recommend for a serious bodybuilder.
SportsFanaticI know of people who won't touch a weight in 2 weeks and come back and punch the same numbers as always.
If you've been training for decades you can probably get away with a fairly slack maintenance routine.
