Problems -
Right bicep .5 bigger. Probably got used to flexing that one.
Right calf .5 bigger. Dominate calf for some reason, maybe cycling.
Look at my photo and you'll see my trap is smaller on the left. Actually taller on the left top smaller on the bottom. Its inverted so its the opposite there.
Right knee is weaker so my left quad develops faster, and left hamstring is much stronger.
How do you people address your imbalances? Should I spend one day every couple weeks training only weak sides? A few extra reps? Address the root of the cause, poor alignment probably, with a chiropractor?
I'm just curious how you all approach the issue of symmetry.

man I think it's all in your head. Unless people tell you it looks different.
Anyways I used to have this problem. Just focus on doing the exact same weight and reps with each hand. Keep doing this and eventually it will even out.
BigBmajMost shit is in my head. My head seems to be the biggest problem I run into. But I don't think the tape is lying to me. A couple people have mentioned the calf thing and the trap thing. Just trying to go for amazing symmetry. Probably just crazy.
Thanks for the advice.
Ive adjusted mine when doing isolation exercises, for instance when doing seated dumbell curls, I always start with my weak bicep and never do more with my strong arm then my weak arm could do. It worked over time. They are both equal in size now.
