Help with workout

ad

I like to switch between these 3 lifting routines.

ps I always lift as heavy as I can.. I always make sure im doing enough weight so i taking my muscle to failure.

  1. 4 sets 6-10 reps.

If I feel my body is getting use to this workout I switch to.

  1. 8-12 reps 4 sets. after each set i drop the weight in half and burn out.
Example: Curls ill do 50lbs 8 reps than right after that I will do 20lbs and burn out usually 10-15 reps to get lots of blood into muscle.

  2. 12 reps, than rest 20 seconds or less, 8 reps, rest 10 seconds 50 reps that equals 1 set.

Basically I just like to switch it up if I feel my body/muscles are getting use to the workout I am doing. What do you guys think? What should I change?

also the lifts i am doing. I usually do 1-2 bodyparts a day.

I just pick 4-5 exercies and do them for a few weeks or so than change to different lifts for each bodypart.

the way you are doing it is the way it should be. also do drop sets, rest pause, negatives there are so many shocking methods you can use. in my opinion if you keep adding weight say 5-10 lbs at least every other week than your muscles wont get used to the workout. progressive overload is not just adding weight it's adding more reps or sets. if you feel like 4 sets is not enough add a couple more. also you said you train 2 body parts sometimes, what 2 muscles do you normally train? best to train a large group with a small group. looks pretty good to me.
