Grip strength/shoulders to fingertips endurance idea's
Hey guy's, looking for some input on regaining and adding grip strength and overall finger, arms and shoulder plans for my upcoming season as an Obstacle course racer... had multiple injuries last year (bicep, rotator cuff, wrist and abdominal) first 3 required surgical procedures... I compete in the elite class, but currently in the gym am realizing I'm nowhere near where I was ordered need to get to in order to get more sponsors and finish on the podium for a paycheck... I have 6 cycles of experience as well and would appreciate input on a stack and cycle that might help me out but will be able to maintain gains once full competition begins...diet/nutrition information good, but for anyone offering cycle advice feel free to include diet as well... been reading the threads and trying to soak up the knowledge put out there, it's appreciated... thanks in advance for your time and input... I find Rock Climbing/Bouldering to be the very best. If you have a local indoor rock gym nearby; go there at least once per week & witness your grip strength improve by leaps & bounds. Second best would be to rig yourself up a hangboard. Other than that, additional tools include Gyroscopes, Rope Climbs, Clubbells, Hand Gripper. Best workouts include deadlifts & farmers carries (pinch grip being most difficult).
